I was reading about Christopher Michael Cray’s case and something that hasn't been talked about much is the role of surveillance footage in these kinds of investigations. In Cray’s case, footage allegedly captured Moore-Duncan and another person at the landfill, which was key in the charges they faced, even though those charges were eventually dropped. It seems like surveillance is often a silent witness that can either clarify or complicate matters. I'm curious about what else might have been on those tapes. Did it show any interactions that weren't reported? It's frustrating when critical pieces of the puzzle aren't clear to the public. I wonder if there's any hope that new technology might analyze old surveillance footage differently, maybe even reveal something new? Always hoping for answers and justice for Christopher. What's everyone else think about the tech angle in cases like this?
Has anyone looked into the details of where Moore-Duncan and Love were at the time surrounding Cray's disappearance? I find it strange that both of them were initially charged and then had those charges dropped later. It makes me wonder if there were any gaps in alibis or evidence that just couldn’t hold up in court. I know surveillance footage was mentioned, but it seems there had to be more to drop the charges. It’s just such a peculiar turn in an already baffling case. Surely there were others involved, or something was overlooked. Anybody got any info on whether there were other suspects or potential leads at the time?
