Hey everyone, I was reading about the Thomas Jay Acosta case, and something just clicked for me. I remember once participating in a local hike around West Plains and being surprised by how dense and secluded some of those wooded areas are. It's easy to lose track of time and direction if you're not careful—I wonder if anyone has checked those remote trails thoroughly. It's a long shot, but we all know how quickly circumstances can change outdoors. Has there been any talk of organizing a volunteer search in those areas, or did I miss that update? Any info might help, and the more people involved, the better chances we have. What do you all think?

Hey all, I was doing some reading on Thomas Jay Acosta's case, and something that's been nagging at me is the lack of surveillance footage. West Plains isn't a sprawling metropolis, but there have to be security cameras at some shops or intersections nearby, right? It's been over a year, and I can't help but wonder if they’ve revisited those angles or maybe re-interviewed folks around the area to see if someone remembered something crucial. What have you all seen in other cases that might help encourage folks to come forward with information, maybe something that feels ‘small’ but could break it open? It's just so frustrating not having more pieces to this puzzle. Thoughts?
