Did anyone else notice how little information there is about the state of Andrew Funchess's car when it was found? His Monte Carlo being discovered abandoned in Copiah County, with signs of a break-in, is just so puzzling to me. Was there any forensics done to check for fingerprints or other evidence? It seems like there should have been some kind of clue left behind. It's frustrating how this detail isn't discussed much, leaving so many questions unanswered. It's been over seven years, and the fact that so many pieces of the puzzle appear to be missing just adds to the mystery. Really hoping for some kind of breakthrough or update soon. Does anyone have any insider info or thoughts on how the investigation has been conducted so far?
I’ve been following Andrew Funchess’s case and something has been puzzling me. Why was his Monte Carlo found broken into? I mean, if it was an opportunistic crime, wouldn’t the car have been taken or at least stripped further? It feels unusual for it to be abandoned like that unless it was staged or had already outlived its purpose. Did anyone hear whether they found anything significant in or around the car when it was discovered? Could it give us a hint about his whereabouts or the intentions of whoever was involved? This aspect of the case seems like it might hold some clues that we haven’t managed to piece together yet. Thoughts?
