Anyone familiar with the area around State Route 13 between Delmar and Salisbury back in the early '80s? I've been digging through old maps and trying to piece together where Kitty might have been walking that night. It's a busy route now, but was it the same back then? If it was less developed, it'd be easier to picture her opting to walk instead of feeling uneasy. Maybe someone who lived there then might remember something unusual? The seemingly quick change in her plans makes me wonder if someone else had observed her that night. The timeline is so tight for something to have happened.
