I was digging into Risha's case again, and something keeps nagging at me about her car. It's baffling that her white 1997 Ford Crown Victoria was found nearly nine months after her disappearance in Newark, DE, but law enforcement hasn't reported finding any significant evidence in it. Makes me wonder if someone moved the car there to throw everyone off, or if it was there all along. Was the area where it was found a regular patrol area, or could it have sat unnoticed? Feels like there are so many possibilities that haven't been ruled out and someone out there must know something. It’s like her car's a ghost, just like the answers we all desperately need here. If anyone knows about the security in the area back in 2006 or had a similar experience with an abandoned vehicle, your insights could be crucial.
