Hey everyone, I wanted to discuss something a little different that I noticed while diving into Jonathan Starnes' case. It seems like in a lot of missing person cases, there's usually some piece of tech involved that either helps or complicates things – like a phone, social media, etc. But I haven’t seen much mention of Jonathan’s digital footprint. Does anyone know if his phone or social media was ever looked into? Sometimes, people might not realize what a goldmine of information that can be for investigators. I’m just wondering if there’s any way to uncover additional details or if anyone has heard anything about his online activity leading up to his disappearance. It's worth considering how crucial these aspects can be in missing person investigations. Thoughts?

Did anyone else catch that interview with Jonathan's family on the local news? It aired a couple of nights ago, and it really got to me, especially when his mom talked about how much he loved hiking in the nearby trails. I wonder if anyone's looked into whether he might've headed towards the Appalachian Trail. It seems like a place he might've gone to clear his head or just get away for a bit. From what she said, it was a spot he visited often. I'm curious if the local search efforts have focused much on that area, or if any hikers reported seeing someone fitting his description around that time. Just heartbreaking to think he might be out there somewhere and no one knew to look in the right places. Anyone else have thoughts on this being a possibility?
