Hey everyone, I've been thinking a lot about Leroy Kelly Sr.'s case and something has been bugging me. I noticed that the possible sighting of him in New Roads wasn’t confirmed, and I can't help but wonder how reliable that information was. Does anyone know if the person who reported this sighting actually saw him, or was it just a car matching the description? Even the smallest details can make a big difference, especially when years have gone by. ? Just trying to see if there are any leads we might’ve missed or overlooked. It's like every piece of this puzzle is just out of reach.

I've been following the disappearance of Leroy Kelly Sr. for a while now, and something that keeps nagging at me is the possible sighting of him in New Roads. It's about 15 miles away from where he lived in Lottie, so it's definitely not out of the realm of possibility. But what I find curious is that there doesn't seem to be much follow-up on this lead. I mean, I'm sure the authorities looked into it, but did they check any nearby surveillance cameras or stores where he might have gone? Even if it's been years, someone might remember something now that the case is being talked about again. I really hope more people in the area come forward with information. Missing persons cases like this one just shouldn’t fade into the background, and every little bit helps.
