Has anyone looked into the tattoo artists that might have worked on Brian? Given his distinct ink, I'm guessing he might have been a regular at a particular shop or two in New Orleans. Tattoo artists often remember their clients well, especially those with unique designs like a devil woman or that intriguing hand tattoo. Maybe someone saw him or heard something after July 2019 or even into 2020. Does anyone with local knowledge know where he might have gotten his work done? Could be a lead worth exploring.
