Hey everyone, I’ve been following Maurrio Austin’s case since the news broke, and something's been on my mind—his last known location on Acre Road. Has anyone else been curious about that area? I did a little digging, and from what I gather, it's mostly residential with some commercial spots scattered around. It makes me wonder if there were any potential witnesses nearby, maybe someone who saw something but didn’t realize it was significant at the time? I also read that there aren’t many surveillance cameras along that stretch, which could be why details are scarce. If anyone is familiar with that part of Marrero or has any thoughts, it'd be great to hear more. Sometimes little details can shine a new light on things. Let's hope for some news soon and stay hopeful that Maurrio can be found safe. Take care.

Has anyone else noticed the lack of surveillance footage released in Maurrio Austin’s case? With all the technology we have today, it strikes me as odd that there hasn’t been any mention of security cameras from around the 6300 block of Acre Road where he was last seen. Does anyone local know if there are businesses or homes with cameras in that area? I feel like any video evidence could be crucial in piecing together his movements on January 1st. Maybe someone could reach out to residents or businesses in that neighborhood to check if they captured anything that could help, even if it’s just a car driving by. Surely, more people might come forward with potential leads if they knew where to look.
