Has anyone looked into the timeline of when Richard left his friend's house on March 15, 2018? It’s puzzling that there seems to be such a gap in info between the time he texted his son and when he presumably would’ve gotten home. I'm curious if police have checked traffic or surveillance cams along his route. Also, any strange activity or witnesses seeing his distinctive gray Jeep Grand Cherokee? With that IBEW sticker, it's pretty noticeable. It’s baffling no solid leads have come up in all this time. Would love to hear thoughts or theories anyone might have.
