Has anyone looked into whether Andrew might have been seen by local shop owners or frequent bikers on his usual route? Often, small businesses or regulars in the area might have witnessed something, even if it seemed trivial at the time. It's curious that there aren't any reported sightings from the day he disappeared. Given how close-knit the community in Wailua is, it’s strange that no one saw anything at all. Maybe canvassing the area with updated flyers could jog someone’s memory? It’s been so long, but sometimes memories resurface when least expected. Thoughts?
