Just thinking about how the pandemic has made everything so much harder for families dealing with tragedies like this. My heart goes out to Larry Cook's family, especially considering how difficult it must have been for them to mourn while following COVID-19 restrictions. Funerals are a time when people come together to support each other, and doing that from a distance must have been incredibly challenging. I hope the private service they planned offered them some solace and a chance to celebrate Larry's life in a way that felt meaningful. It's another reminder of how much community and connection matter during times of loss. If anyone knows more about how the family is doing now or any community efforts to support them, please share.
