Did anyone else catch the detail about the items found on the old Belyeu property? I find it so intriguing that Delvacchio's undershirt, wooden club, and ball-peen hammer were left so neatly under a tree. The fact that these personal belongings were arranged in such an orderly manner makes me wonder whether this was staged intentionally. Could this have been a warning or a deliberate tactic to throw off search efforts? It's also curious that the location where these items were discovered is near where Niagara Wires would eventually be built. I have to wonder if, during the construction of the site, something might have been unearthed that could provide clues. It seems like that area could potentially hold more secrets.

Anyone else find it odd that most leads in the McCullough-Lanier case seem to go cold just as they start heating up? The fact that there were two different sets of individuals—one African American pair seen with the victims and another pair of Caucasian men seen near the car—makes the whole situation even murkier. While there's a lot of speculation about moonshine-related motives, I can't help but wonder about the role of the folks who were last seen with them. Has anyone delved into whether there was any friction between McCullough and other local cab drivers? Maybe there's more to this story than moonshine and money. The taxi scene back then could have been competitive, and perhaps there was an unsolved grudge or rivalry that played into their disappearance? Just throwing the thought out there, since different angles might help renew interest or lead to someone coming forward with fresh info. At this point, every small detail could matter.
