I've been diving into the timeline surrounding Bhagwaniala "Moses" Lall and Lilawattie Buerattan's disappearance, and something that's really bugging me is the delay in the investigation. The delivery worker found the gate open and feed untouched on June 5, but it took until June 16 for authorities to search the ranch? That's a whole 10 days! I get that there was a bureaucratic error, but in a situation where time is so critical, it seems like a massive oversight. Who else thinks that had they moved faster, it might have made a difference? What's strange, too, is how there were two other missing people initially and yet not enough urgency to jumpstart the investigation. Wondering if others have thoughts on how this delay could have impacted the developments in the case.

Has anyone else found it strange that Bhagwaniala "Moses" Lall and his aunt, Lilawattie Buerattan, both vanished without a trace, and yet it took 10 whole days for authorities to start their initial search of the ranch? That just blows my mind. With such an extensive business and a ranch full of exotic birds, it seems unbelievable that nobody closer to them noticed their absence, or at least reported it more urgently. It wasn't like they could leave the birds alone for that long without food. Makes you wonder if there was some kind of cover-up or missed opportunity early on that could have changed the course of this case. Plus, with the birds’ value being so high, you'd think someone would have done something sooner. What are everyone else’s thoughts on this delay? Could there have been a more immediate clue investigators overlooked due to the late search?
