I’ve been following this case since it happened, and I genuinely can’t imagine what Michael Dewayne Washington’s family is going through right now. I keep thinking about how often Club Faces must have been packed like that on a holiday weekend and how things took such a tragic turn that night. It’s distressing to think someone in that crowd might’ve seen something crucial yet remains silent. The fact that the police are still searching for answers is so disheartening, and despite the plea for information, it feels like nothing substantial is coming forward. It’s like there’s a curtain of silence that needs to be pulled back. I truly hope that the reward being offered by Central Alabama CrimeStoppers urges someone’s conscience to step forward. Michael deserves justice, and his family deserves peace. Please, if anyone knows anything, reach out to CrimeStoppers or the Union Springs Police Department. Every small detail could make a huge difference.
