Did anyone else notice the lack of media coverage about Jariez Anthony Cambridge's disappearance back in 1987? It's so puzzling how a young man's case can just slip through the cracks like this. With so few details available, it's no wonder there hasn't been much public outcry or awareness. I can't help but wonder if there was ever any significant search effort organized by law enforcement or the community at the time. Considering how long it's been, it's frustrating to think there might not have been enough done when his case was still fresh. Does anyone know if there were any posters distributed or media appeals back when he first went missing? This poor man's story seems like one of those tragic ones that just didn't get the attention it deserved back then. If anyone has any insights or ideas on what might have been done initially, it'd be interesting to hear.

I've been following cold cases for a while, and I recently came across the disappearance of Jariez Anthony Cambridge. It's baffling how someone could vanish without a trace for over 30 years, and it seems like his case hasn't gotten much attention over the years. One thing that really stands out to me about cases like his is just how crucial media attention can be for making progress. Without media coverage, getting new leads or witness testimonies becomes so much harder. I wonder if a renewed push by those interested in cold cases could help bring some fresh eyes or information to Jariez's case. Maybe organizing something like a "vigil for the forgotten" event could spark some renewed interest and get people talking? Just thinking out loud here, but I've seen it help in a few other cases.
