Has anyone looked into the possibility of Scott Wainwright's red 1999 Ford Explorer showing up somewhere? In cases like this, a vehicle can sometimes provide crucial clues, especially if it’s abandoned or parked somewhere unexpected. It's odd that no information has come out about any potential sightings or searches involving his car. Does anyone know if law enforcement put out any BOLO alerts for his vehicle? I feel like tracing the car could give new direction to the investigation. If it's been missing as long as he has, it must have surfaced somewhere, right?

I keep thinking about Scott Wainwright’s car, the red 1999 Ford Explorer with the CA plate 4GUH958. Vehicles can be such critical parts of missing persons cases, yet we’ve heard so little about whether any searches were conducted focusing on roadways or areas where the vehicle might be located. Did the authorities ever carry out an APB for his Explorer, or check traffic cam footage in and around San Diego? I find it odd that we haven’t heard about any sightings—either of the car or Scott himself. You’d think someone would recognize such a distinct vehicle after all this time.
