Has anyone looked into whether Cesar might have been using his alternate name, Galil, around the time he disappeared? Sometimes people switch to an alias for privacy or even safety reasons. It might be possible that someone knew him as Galil, and that could open up new leads or eyewitness accounts. It's so important that any habit or detail, even names he might have been using, not be overlooked. Would love to hear if anyone else thinks this could be significant or if it’s been confirmed by law enforcement. Keep sharing anything you find, no matter how small it seems!
