On January 16, 2022, 36-year-old mother of two Tiffany Aaron was shot during an incident at Pure Nightclub in Anniston, Alabama, and later died at Northeast Alabama Regional Medical Center. Police say an altercation between Aaron and a security guard led to an exchange of gunfire in which she was struck. Family members dispute that account, describing Tiffany as non-confrontational, without a history of violence or a gun.

No arrests or charges have been announced. The security guard involved has not been publicly identified and the nightclub’s surveillance footage has not been released. The Anniston Police Chief said the case could be presented to a grand jury if investigators develop sufficient evidence.

What did Tiffany’s final hours look like to anyone who was at Pure Nightclub that night, or who has information about the security guard or undisclosed footage?
