I keep thinking about how Chance was a part of the Bon Secour Fire/Rescue team. It's really saying something when a young person dedicates their time to help others in such a selfless way. It's clear he made a difference to those around him. I've seen some comments expressing confusion and concern since we don't know much about what happened, but no matter the circumstances, his dedication to his community should be remembered and celebrated. My heart goes out to his family, and especially to the team members who worked alongside him and must be feeling his loss deeply. Such a committed and caring soul is rare, and it's a tremendous loss for everyone who knew him. Let's keep them all in our thoughts as they navigate this incredibly difficult time.
