Has anyone else noticed how little information there is about Javier Rivas's case? It's been over six years, and there's still no solid leads. I’m especially curious about the tattoos with the names "Cecilia" and "RIP Francisco." Does anyone know who these people were to him? Family, friends, or maybe something else?
