Has anyone been following the Gabriel Ovando case? I noticed that the details around his disappearance are really limited. It's surprising that there's no info on where he might have been going, or if he was with anyone when he vanished. Does anyone know if law enforcement has expanded their search beyond Calexico? Sometimes when someone disappears, they might head to surrounding areas, but without more info, it's like looking for a needle in a haystack. Also, does anyone have thoughts on why no info about a vehicle or personal belongings has been released? It's been a long time, and it just seems like there's very little to go on. Any insights would be appreciated!

Has anyone heard about any recent efforts by the Calexico community to hold vigils or outreach events to keep awareness up on Gabriel Ovando's disappearance? It's been so long, and I've seen cases where community pressure can really make a difference. Maybe local groups or schools have organized searches or gatherings? I know sometimes these things don't get a lot of press, especially given how tight-lipped the police seem to be about the investigation details. Would love to hear if anyone has info on potential community-led initiatives or if there are groups still actively working on this.
