Has anyone else noticed the discrepancy in the last seen dates for Ricardo Alvarez Morales? It's odd that the Redding Police Department says February 18, 2018, but the State of California - Department of Justice lists it as June 25, 2018. Such conflicting information must make the investigation more challenging. I wonder if this might have affected the allocation of resources or attention to his case. Could it be a mix-up, or is there more to this story? If anyone has more insight into why there might be two different dates, it could help those interested in the case get a clearer picture.
