I’ve been following the case of Julian Africa for a while now, and one thing that’s always puzzled me is the lack of leads despite the community efforts to find him back then. Waipahu is a close-knit area, and you'd think someone would have seen something or recalled spotting him on the day he vanished. I wonder if there was any CCTV footage from businesses or street cameras during that time. In 1995, surveillance technology wasn’t as prevalent as today, but still, I find it curious that more information hasn’t surfaced over the years. Does anyone know if local shops or neighbors were ever contacted extensively during the search? It seems like that could have been a potential avenue to pursue. Thoughts?
