Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking about Jeffrey Paul Monticello’s case and something keeps sticking out to me. From what I understand, he was last seen in Kelseyville, but there’s so little information about the circumstances of his disappearance. Has anyone heard about any potential sightings outside of Kelseyville or if he mentioned traveling anywhere before he disappeared? I wonder if there’s some overlooked connection that could help piece things together. It’s just so frustrating when details are so sparse. Anyway, hoping someone might know more, or has any theories or insights. Stay safe, everyone!
