Hey everyone, I just came across the case of Laszlo Mecs, the 84-year-old missing from LA since 2021, and something's been bugging me. It's really odd how little info is out there about his disappearance, especially considering his age and the fact that he's classified as endangered. Has anyone else noticed how often older missing persons cases don't get much media attention unless there's a family member pushing hard or some kind of unusual circumstance? I mean, I get that not every case can be front-page news, but it feels like there's a real gap when it comes to covering cases involving seniors. Just curious if anyone here has thoughts on why these types of cases might not get the focus they deserve and if there's more we can do as a community to help spread awareness.

Hey everyone, Has anyone else noticed that there's almost nothing in the news or even social media about Laszlo Mecs since he went missing back in 2021? It's like he just vanished without a trace, and for someone labeled as endangered, it’s surprising how little information is out there. Why isn’t there more community outreach or updates on his case? It's not often you hear about an elderly person going missing from a major city like LA without some kind of lead or detailed effort to engage the public. I mean, I get that sometimes cases don’t have a lot of details to share, but keeping the conversation alive can be helpful too, right? Maybe someone out there saw something they didn’t even know was important. It makes me think about how crucial it is to report even the smallest detail if you have one. Hope to see more about him soon and hopefully some resolution. Anyone have thoughts on why this kind of information vacuum happens?
