Has anyone else looked into the details surrounding the 911 call made the night Paulino "Bubba" Guzman disappeared? It's so frustrating that the caller claimed to be a neighbor, yet when the police arrived, they didn't enter the apartment or even make contact with anyone inside. It makes me wonder if things could've turned out differently if they had been a bit more assertive. It's chilling to think that there might've been a chance to save him or at least preserve more evidence if the police had been able to investigate at that moment. I know officers have to weigh a lot in those situations, but it’s devastating to think about what might have been prevented. If anyone has insight on protocol for this kind of response, I'd love to understand more about it.
