Has anyone else looked into the tattoos Eddie Francis Jr. had? I recently stumbled upon a post about him on a missing persons site, and it got me thinking about how tattoos can sometimes tell a story or hold significant meaning. It's interesting that he had several tattoos on his left arm, shoulder, and hand, as well as on his right arm. Is there any info on whether these were documented in more detail by investigators or family members?
