Hey everyone, I've been following Phillip Deshayes' case for quite a while, and something has always stood out to me: his wallet being found in Mount Shasta just two days after he disappeared. It's peculiar, isn't it? The fact that his last known location was Yreka makes me wonder how and why his wallet ended up in a different city so quickly. Was it intentionally dropped there, or could it have been a sign of him being on the move? Also, with the reported but unconfirmed sightings in the area over the next few months, it almost seems like he might've been nearby but just out of reach. Could it be possible that someone else had access to his wallet, or maybe he was trying to start anew but hesitated? There are so many angles to consider about that time period and places. If anyone has theories or similar cases to reference, I'd love to hear them!

Has anyone else been puzzled by the wallet found in Mount Shasta? It’s always looked a bit odd to me. If Phillip was last seen in Yreka and vanished there, how did his wallet end up miles away? I know some people have mentioned it could've been a misdirection or maybe even a random act by someone who found it, but who knows? Considering the intermittent sightings of him after June 2nd, I can’t help but wonder if someone else might have had access to it at some point. Or, another twist could be that someone took it for safekeeping, not knowing the significance. With the lack of direct evidence enough to go on, though, it leaves so much open to speculation. Anyone have theories or know of similar cases where something like this has happened?
