Has anyone else been curious about the neighborhood where Enrique Deliz was last seen? I did a little digging and the 400 block of East 7th Street in downtown LA has a mix of businesses, residential areas, and some transient populations. I'm wondering if there might have been any security cameras in nearby shops or if anyone in the area saw him that day. It's strange that so little information has come up in two years. Does anyone here have experience with missing person cases in densely populated areas like this? How effective are there usually at gathering tips from a place with so much foot traffic?
