I was going through some documents today and a detail that caught my eye was the gold bracelet engraved with "Pepe" that Jose was wearing when he disappeared. It's such a unique piece and would be really distinctive if it were ever spotted. I wonder if it's possible that someone may have come across this bracelet at a pawn shop or seen it somewhere else? Could be a long shot, but unusual items like that can sometimes be key in tracing someone's last movements or even identifying leads. Maybe someone out there has seen it and doesn't even realize its significance. Has anyone ever come across any mention of it in the case files or local news archives? It feels like it could be an important clue left out there in plain sight.
