Wow, I just found out about Cresenciano Cruz’s case when looking into missing people from the late 90s in the Bay Area, and it really got me thinking. In 1999, there weren’t nearly as many surveillance cameras or cell phones with GPS like we have now. I wonder if his disappearance would have been handled differently today with the technology we have. It seems like so many cases from back then didn't get as much exposure or attention. Does anyone here know if there have been any more recent efforts to look into cold cases like this one in California? Sometimes a fresh look with new technology can make a big difference.
