Hey everyone, I've been following Jose Carlos Cisneros's case and something that’s been on my mind is the alternate name he might use: Jose Gonzales Cisneros. It makes me wonder if this could have led to complications in tracking him down or getting the word out. Could it have created confusion with records or when issuing the missing person alerts? I know sometimes different documentation and IDs can exist under alternate names, and if he was known by this other name in some circles, it might have affected where people might have reported sightings. Does anyone have thoughts on whether using two names might complicate finding him? I feel like it could be an important angle, especially if records need checking in different databases under both names. It's like looking for a needle in a haystack, but in two different haystacks, you know? Appreciate any insights or similar experiences you might share. Stay safe out there!

Just came across the case of Jose Carlos Cisneros while looking into missing person cases in California, and something caught my eye. It's so unusual that there hasn't been more info released about what he was wearing when he disappeared or even the direction he might've been heading. I know it might not seem like a big deal to some, but stuff like that can be crucial in jogging someone's memory from back then. With his case being classified as endangered, you'd think they'd pull out all the stops. Wondering if the lack of details is because they have some info they're not releasing for investigative reasons or if circumstances at the time just didn't give them much to go on? If anyone's local to Tulare County or has heard any bits and pieces about this, please share!
