Hey everyone, I've been diving into the case of Ramon Arturo Castillo, last seen in Pomona, CA, back in 1998. It's been quite a challenge finding anything solid online, and I was wondering if anyone else has had luck digging up info on cases from the '90s? It seems like there might be gaps in what's available, and I'm curious if anyone has insights on how to overcome these brick walls.
Does anyone know if local archives, like county records or old newspaper clippings, might be of any help? I'm thinking there might be something there that hasn't made it to the digital age yet. It's just strange that there's almost nothing about Ramon out there, and I can't shake the feeling that something crucial is missing. Would appreciate any tips or similar experiences anyone's had with older cases. Thanks!
Hey everyone,
I found something odd while digging into the case of Ramon Arturo Castillo. It seems like he's vanished not just physically, but digitally as well. Has anyone else noticed how certain cases from that era are so hard to track? I mean, I’ve scoured newspaper archives, forums, and even cold case podcasts, and still—nothing substantial on Ramon. Could it be that his case didn’t get any significant media attention back then? Or maybe it's just a matter of outdated digital records that weren’t transferred online? I wonder if there’s someone local to Pomona who might have personal memories or info. Sometimes, word of mouth is the only way to get answers when the web fails us. Any thoughts or similar experiences?
