Has anyone looked into the possibility that Rufus Boykins might have connections or ties outside of Oakland? I find it intriguing that he expressed a desire to reintegrate into society before he disappeared. Sometimes people in transitional situations might have contacts from past jobs or communities that they could reach out to for help. Given his positive outlook on rebuilding his life, maybe he tried to reconnect with someone from another part of his life? If anyone has insight on whether he mentioned any specific places or people he hoped to connect with, that could be really helpful. Also, any chance he shared plans about areas outside Oakland? Just trying to think of all possibilities to help bring him home.
