Hey everyone, I’ve been following Victor Emanuel Altamirano’s case and had a thought about his tattoos. With all the distinctive tattoos he has, like the “New York” skyline and the name “Angel,” shouldn’t it be easier for someone to recognize him? I wonder if there are people out there who have met him or seen him and remember those specific tattoos. It’s like a walking canvas of clues. Could they indicate connections to places or people important to him? Maybe someone in New York might have an idea too, considering all the NYC references. Just a thought, but perhaps expanding the search or awareness to those areas might bring in more leads. What do you guys think?
