I've been following Heather Wall's case and really got stuck on her medical condition. Huntington's Disease can be so misunderstood, especially by people who might not know what's going on. If anyone happened to see her on the street or at the shelter, they might have thought she was intoxicated or simply not in her right mind, not realizing she was actually in need of help. I hope awareness about her condition reaches more people—it could make a huge difference in understanding her behaviors if she was seen after she went missing. Just a thought: raising awareness about her diagnosis might help jog someone's memory or prompt them to report a sighting they otherwise dismissed.
