Has anyone looked into the weather conditions around Waldron, Arkansas, on March 1, 2019? It might seem like a small detail, but I've seen cases where weather played a significant role, either in providing clues or understanding why someone might leave or take a particular route. Knowing the weather could help us speculate a bit more on possibilities. For instance, if it was particularly foggy or stormy, it might explain a delay in someone spotting him if he'd ended up in a less populated area. Anyone from the area remember what the day was like? It might be nothing, but any angle could be worth exploring at this point.
