I’ve been digging into the disappearance of K'lynn Love, Newell Daniel Noyes, and John Corbett, and something keeps nagging at me about the boat—the "Nannie D." It’s a 32-foot boat, which seems reasonable for a voyage in November waters around Alaska, but I wonder what its condition was when they set off. Was it well-maintained and equipped for potential rough weather? I haven't come across any specific information about whether the "Nannie D" had been recently serviced or if there were any mechanical issues before they set sail. The sea can be so unpredictable, especially in those parts. It could make all the difference in understanding what might have happened. Anyone else have thoughts on this or heard about the condition of the boat?
