Has anyone seen updates on the Semaj Keiontai Jones case? I've been following since I first heard about it, and it's been on my mind a lot lately. One thing that's puzzling to me is how these interstate custody disputes are handled. How can something like this happen where the kids end up in a completely different state without the mom knowing? It's especially baffling that a custody reversal happened, yet the grandmother is still holding onto the children. I understand there's a lot of red tape in these situations, but it seems like a system failure. Anyway, hope Semaj and his brother are safe and back with their mom soon. Curious if anyone else has similar thoughts or knowledge about interstate custody complexities.

I’ve been following the case of Semaj Keiontai Jones, and I’m curious about how jurisdictional issues are being handled. With the grandmother filing for guardianship in Oklahoma and now being in California, it sounds complicated. Is the Muskogee Police coordinating with law enforcement in San Francisco to locate the children? It seems like there would need to be a lot of cooperation between states here, and I’m wondering if any legal experts could weigh in on how these interstate custody disputes typically get resolved. Also, are there any known updates on the current stance or involvement of California authorities? Any insights or experiences with similar cases would be great to hear about.
