Has anyone looked into the possibility that Briana might be reaching out for assistance at local shelters or community aid centers? Since the police have mentioned she could be experiencing homelessness, it might be worth checking if she's been in contact with any organizations that provide support for those in need. Volunteers and workers at these places often have their ears to the ground and might remember if someone fitting her description has come through. Also, they might be able to spread the word to keep an eye out. It's a long shot, but I've seen cases before where reconnecting with established community support networks provided leads.
