Hey everyone, I've been following the Dirk Deyoung Ross case, and I noticed something odd that hasn't been discussed much. In a lot of missing persons cases, we often see the last person someone was with being a key figure in the investigation. In Dirk's situation, he was last seen with an unidentified person in a brown SUV, but it seems like there's been no further information released about this individual since Dirk's disappearance. Does anyone have theories on why there hasn't been an update about this unidentified person? Have there been any other sightings or any camera footage from the area where Dirk was supposed to pick up the car? It just seems strange that no one's really digging into that avenue. If the person was going to lend or sell Dirk a car, wouldn't they eventually come forward once he went missing? Just trying to make sense of this part of the puzzle. Would love to hear what you all think!

Anyone else find it strange that there's no follow-up on who the unidentified person in the brown SUV was? I mean, if Ross was last seen getting into that vehicle, surely someone must have seen the driver or gotten a license plate number? Seems like a crucial piece of the puzzle is missing. I stumbled across a similar case where identifying the person in the vehicle led to a significant breakthrough. It's like this person just disappeared with Dirk without a trace. Has there been any mention of potential surveillance footage from nearby places he might have been? It might seem like a small detail, but I feel like it could be key in figuring out what happened that day. Thoughts?
