I've been following this case for a while, and every time I think about it, my heart really goes out to the families of Robert and Elizabeth. I recently came across some discussions about the lack of forensic evidence in the trial, and it got me thinking: how crucial is forensic evidence in cases linked to the drug trade? I mean, with Graham being acquitted, it seems like the absence of such evidence played a huge role. It’s astonishing how something that seems so vital to securing a conviction can sometimes just not be there. This seems especially true in crimes related to drugs, where many interactions and disputes happen behind closed doors or away from public view. I'm curious about whether advancements in technology could change how these cases are handled in the future, but for now, it just feels like justice wasn’t fully served. Has anyone else read up on similar cases, where forensic evidence (or the lack thereof) dramatically swayed the trial? Would love to hear your thoughts or any articles you've found insightful. Keeping the families in my thoughts during what must be a challenging time.
