Has anyone else noticed the increased activity around the 900 block of Stannage Avenue since Julio Chavez-Montoya went missing? I drove by a few times recently, and there seems to be more patrol cars than usual. I’m not one to jump to conclusions, but it feels like the police might have found something or maybe there’s a lead they’re following up on. It’s not often that you see such a strong presence from both the Oakland and Berkeley PDs unless there’s a significant break in the case. I hope this means we’re closer to getting answers. Anyone else in the area seeing or hearing anything?

Has anyone looked into the surveillance footage around the 900 block of Stannage Avenue from the day Julio Chavez-Montoya went missing? With so many residences and businesses having security cameras these days, it seems like checking them could provide some clues. Even if it only captures part of the street, it might show something unusual or give a better idea of the timeline. If local businesses haven’t already been approached by investigators, maybe a gentle nudge from the community could help? Every detail counts when time is critical. Any thoughts or info on this?

Has anyone looked into Julio Chavez-Montoya's financial situation before he went missing? Sometimes issues there can give clues about a person's sudden disappearance. I heard a rumor that he might have been in a bit of financial trouble. Wondering if that's been confirmed by anyone or just gossip. Also, is there any info on his social circle? Sometimes, friends or acquaintances might know more than they initially reveal. It's strange how Albany and Berkeley departments are handling this case together. Makes you think there's more happening behind the scenes. Thoughts?
