I’ve been looking through the info we have so far on Mia Velez, and something that's been sticking with me is the area she went missing from—the 77081 zip code in Houston. That part of town is pretty diverse but has its challenges like any urban area. I’m wondering about the local community and how involved they might be in her case. Do any locals have insights into whether there are active neighborhood watch groups around there or if the community has organized any specific efforts to help find her? It feels like a tight-knit community could really make a difference in getting the word out and gathering more information. Any thoughts or insights would be great.
