Does anyone else find it odd that Wiley was reportedly wearing a wetsuit when she went missing? I mean, it’s November in Maine, so the water temperature would be freezing, right? As someone who's spent seasons visiting the coast, a wetsuit isn’t typical attire for just a casual stroll or even a swim unless you’re a hardcore cold-water diver or surfer. Did she have a history of doing that? Maybe she had planned some water activity that evening, but then why hasn’t any gear been found near the shore? It feels like a crucial detail that might lead to some insight. The local waters can be unforgiving, especially at this time of year, so I hope the authorities are heavily considering water-based theories in their ongoing investigation. Thoughts from anyone with local knowledge or experience in cold-weather diving?
