I’ve been following the tragic case of Sienna Buster and just can't wrap my mind around how this tragedy could have happened so soon after Malachi was released. It seems there might have been serious red flags considering his history of domestic violence and alleged assaults. My heart goes out to Sienna’s loved ones, as well as Cody, Kimora, and little Ellison. I'm particularly interested in how authorities handle the monitoring of individuals under pre-trial conditions. Malachi was under electronic monitoring at the time, yet he was still able to commit such a horrific act. How effective is this form of supervision, really? Should there be additional measures or assessments in place before someone is released under these conditions? I can’t imagine the pain the surviving family members must be going through, seeking answers and trying to comprehend how something like this could take place. Keeping them in my thoughts as they navigate through these devastating times.
