I keep thinking about Charity's role at the Exxon station and the positive impact she had on her community. It’s always the simple, everyday interactions that can mean the world to people, and it seems like she truly made her customers feel valued and appreciated. Seeing the way her colleagues and customers have spoken up about her genuine kindness just breaks my heart.
It’s tragic that her life was cut short in such a violent way, but in the aftermath, it’s heartening to see the Columbiana community rally together to remember her. It also underscores the important role we all have in recognizing signs of domestic violence. If anyone knows of resources or ways to support victims, it’d be great to share them here to keep this conversation going. Charity's story deserves to be a catalyst for meaningful change.
Hi everyone,
I just can't stop thinking about Charity's daughters in all of this. Losing a parent is something no child should ever have to experience, especially in such a horrific way. My heart truly goes out to them. They must be feeling so lost and confused right now. It's comforting, in a way, to know that the community is rallying around them and providing some support during this unimaginably tough time. Has anyone heard if there's been any effort to set up a fund or support system for them? I want to make sure they have everything they need moving forward. We should try to keep their spirits up and let them know they're not alone in this. ? Sending all my love to Charity's entire family.
