Has anyone else looked into the tattoos listed for William Jewan Ward? I'm really curious if they could be key in identifying him if he's been seen around. The mention of "Victoria" tattooed on his chest and a devil on his back is pretty unique. Maybe someone in the area has spotted him but hasn't realized it's the same person because they couldn’t see these details. Tattoos can be such a personal and memorable thing; they might just be what someone remembers if they saw him out there. If anyone in Florida—especially around Lakeland—frequents tattoo shops or has seen someone with similar ink, it might be worth mentioning it to the Polk County Sheriff’s Office. Even seemingly small details can make a big difference!
