Hey everyone, I came across a case that’s been weighing on my mind lately, and I wanted to get some thoughts. It’s about a child who has gone missing, and there’s a possibility they may be with a non-custodial parent. There hasn’t been much information about their location, and it’s like they vanished into thin air.
I’ve been wondering about how jurisdiction works in these cases. If the non-custodial parent crossed state lines, how does it affect the search efforts? Does it slow everything down because different states have to coordinate? Has anyone seen a situation like this resolved quickly, or is it usually a long process to get everyone on the same page? I just hope they’re safe and found soon. Appreciate any insights.
